This child prodigy has got a great sense in writing. We asked him few questions and he answered all of those beautifully and won our hearts. Sarvasv has an incredible positive personality.

The interview was amazing and we learnt a lot about Sarvasv.

Through this interview, we came to learn so much about this amazing person. We hope to explore more about him in our coming interviews.

Here are the excerpts from the interview:

What motivated you to become an author?

I have always had a passion for writing. I started writing short stories at the age of 6 years. Then, one story became a little long and took the shape of novel. My Dad got it self-published on Amazon and thus I became an author at the age of 8 years. My love for writing, encouraged by my teachers and parents, strengthened my resolve to become an author.

Do you think someone could be a writer if they don’t feel emotions strongly?

I think anyone can become an author if they want to; However, one can express themselves better if they feel emotions strongly.

What else do you like to do other than writing?

I love reading – that is my first passion. It increases my vocabulary and also gives me a flavour of different writing styles.

How did you come to know about the Blue Hill Publications and how was your experience with it?

I read about Blue Hill publications in a blog by another budding author and after talking to the publishers on phone, I felt a comfort on the kind of help that was being offered by the team.

As a child, what did you want to do when you grew up?

I am still a child – only 14 years old. I want to be an author and also to go into scientific research but I want to keep these two separate. I want to write fiction and research the facts.

Did you come across any specific challenge in writing? What would you do differently the next time?

I wouldn’t say I faced any specific challenge in writing these poems. The ballads are short stories and have a defined flow; I just went with it.

What advice do you have for writers?

Don’t give up hope – doesn’t matter if your story is unoriginal; as long as it is not plagiarized, it is unique.

Where is your favorite place to write?

Any place silent and peaceful that gives me space with my thoughts & ideas suits me to write my heart out.

Who are your favorite authors? What do you like about their work?

My favourite authors are Arthur Conan Doyle and Anthony Horowitz. I like the suspense Doyle builds up in his mysteries and the action-packed scenes that Horowitz can conjure up. I know that it is an unlikely combination but it’s hard to pick one of these two genres.

What are you trying to achieve with it?

In my poetry collection, I have tried to evoke a classic setting and provide a twist in the end that leaves the reader with an unexpected take on common situations. I am also trying to revive the art of ballad writing, that had attracted me as a young child…

We would like to thank Sarvasv for taking out time for this amazing interview. Blue Hill Publications wishes him all the best for his future endeavors.
