What motivated you to become an author?
Every day struggles of life motivated me to become an author. People struggle to find work, struggle to be loved and struggle to discover meaning in their lives.
Do you think someone could be a writer if they don’t feel emotions strongly?
Emotions are part of writing. Without strong emotions one can’t tell their story in heart touching manner. They can’t become successful authors.
What else do you like to do other than writing?
I like reading about philosophy and debating, discussing about philosophy.
How did you come to know about the Blue Hill Publications and how was your experience with it?
I came to know about Blue Hill Publications from Internet and was impressed with testimonials of co-authors there.
As a child, what did you want to do when you grew up?
I wanted to be a Doctor but became an Engineer and Management professional in the Oil industry.
Did you come across any specific challenge in writing? What would you do differently the next time?
Narrating the story as a female character was challenging. I have to feel like a female when i wrote this novella.
I would increase word length next time and describe things in more detail.
What advice do you have for writers?
Write so as to change the world and make it better place to live. Even few lines written can change somebody’s life.
Where is your favorite place to write?
My Living room.
Who are your favorite authors? What do you like about their work?
Paulo Coelho and Malcolm Gladwell are my favourite authors. Paulo Coelho touches on reality of life and tries to find meaning in everyday simple lives of people.
Gladwell has an explanation for everything on the earth. He focuses on extraordinary things.
What are you trying to achieve with it?
Satisfaction of having told a good story to the world and to move someone towards great faiths of the world.
